Data Flow Management Assistant (2 vacancies)
This role is a great opportunity for anyone interesting in a career within a developing organisation.
You will be responsible for chasing other industry professionals, helping to resolve customer queries or keep our information accurate. This part of the role involves identifying identification of missing and incorrect information and query resolution in a timely manner. The role requires communication with customers and industry agents; you will therefore require good interpretation, resolution and communication skills.
You will also learn about industry data flows; what they are and how they work, and will apply this knowledge to solve data flow issues thereby contributing to the efficient operation of the Data Flow and Registration processing department.

Billing assistant
Forming part of the billing department the objective of this position is to help to ensure all customers are billed accurately in a timely manner and to resolve and billing queries in a timely manner. Candidates should have good problem solving ability along with a high level of numeracy and accuracy.

Business Administrator (2 vacancies)
Due to expansion of a rapidly growing team, we are seeking the right person to join our Business Administration department. The role of Business Administrator is to work with our Business customers from sign up to termination of their supply. The role is very challenging and equally rewarding, managing small sole traders accounts to managing national multi site companies, such as Lush & Oxfam. The ideal candidate will have time management skills, a desire to be part of a fast paced team dealing with challenging queries, organised and have tenacity to see a job through to the end and reap the rewards of job satisfaction.
